Learn about The Oath Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization defending Second Amendment rights through education and advocacy.
The Oath Foundation is a Nevada-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization created to support the people and organizations working to preserve America’s history, heritage, traditions, and responsible firearm culture. Across the country, many nonprofits and community organizations are doing meaningful work but lack the technology, funding, industry connections, and operational resources needed to reach their full potential. OATH was founded to help close that gap. Rather than competing with existing organizations, we provide tools, resources, visibility, and partnerships that help strengthen the work they are already doing. Our in-house technology platform is being developed to help nonprofit partners improve supporter engagement, outreach, fundraising, communication, membership, and day-to-day operations. As OATH grows, we also plan to provide affordable access to services such as printing, branding, merchandise development, campaign support, and other resources that smaller organizations may otherwise struggle to obtain. During our first year, we are focused on building partnerships with nonprofit organizations, manufacturers, suppliers, community leaders, and industry supporters. We also plan to develop outreach and firearm-safety programs that provide education, secure-storage resources, and safety materials to underserved communities, beginning in Northern Nevada. Our long-term vision includes establishing a permanent headquarters, educational center, and firearms-history museum in Reno, Nevada. This future facility would preserve historically significant firearms, artifacts, and stories while creating a place where the public can experience important pieces of American history that are often limited to books or private collections. OATH is built on a simple belief: lasting impact is created when good organizations stop working alone. By bringing together nonprofits, industry partners, collectors, educators, volunteers, and supporters, we can strengthen the organizations serving our communities and help preserve a meaningful legacy for the next generation.
The Oath Foundation strengthens nonprofit and community organizations by providing technology, resources, partnerships, and outreach support that help them expand their impact. Through education, responsible firearm-safety initiatives, community programs, and the preservation of American history and heritage, OATH works to unite people and organizations around the traditions and values worth passing on to future generations.
